ARTEMIS REPORTS SALE OF SOFTWARE PRODUCTIVITY RESEARCH

NEWPORT BEACH, CA., December 31, 2003 - Artemis International Solutions Corporation (OTCBB: AMSI), today reported the sale of its Software Productivity Research division. Artemis has divested its Software Productivity Research division for a total consideration of $370,000, paid in cash and by transfer of certain liabilities. SPR is now privately owned and separately registered as a limited liability company (LLC) in the state of Delaware. “The divestiture of SPR is part of our strategy to focus the Company’s resources on our core competencies in enterprise portfolio and project management software solutions”, stated Mike Rusert, President & CEO of Artemis International.
